Jelli API processing delayed

  • Jelli system outage from earlier today has created a backlog of items to process.

All programmatic processes are affected:

  • Changed-since processing
  • Draft logic sync
  • Expire flows

Possible revenue impact include:

  • Orders for tomorrow not processed by log closure may cause delivery damage. This is not currently expected given the processing times expected.

Update: All queues are caught up.

Jelli extapi is currently unavailable

All programmatic processes are affected:

  • Changed-since processing
  • Draft logic sync
  • Expire flows

Possible revenue impact include:

  • Plan and delivery damage if change-since is not put back on track until logs are closed.
  • Overbooking if draft logic is not synchronized with VIERO available inventory and major sales are made on each side.
  • Underexpiration of solds (Delivery damage) if expire flows are not normalized until logs are closed.

Update: Jelli has restored DNS and we are seeing activity resume to normal levels. We will be continuing to monitor.

ELK Logs have logs delayed

  • From the 20 queues 3 are not backlogged so 320 of the logs should be current. The rest is expected to catch up by around 6pm. Updates will be posted regularly.

Update: Service is restored. Logs are flowing. There is a gap of missing logs on May 23rd. Recovering options are being analysed. Updates later today.
