Jelli API processing delayed

  • Jelli system outage from earlier today has created a backlog of items to process.

All programmatic processes are affected:

  • Changed-since processing
  • Draft logic sync
  • Expire flows

Possible revenue impact include:

  • Orders for tomorrow not processed by log closure may cause delivery damage. This is not currently expected given the processing times expected.

Update: All queues are caught up.
